I work with organizations that want to create healthier conversations, stronger relationships, and more human ways of working together.
My work is grounded in a simple belief: when people learn to listen differently – to themselves and to one another – new possibilities emerge.
Whether I’m working with managers, individual employees, or teams, I begin with what’s happening within your organization and what would best support the people who make it work.
Signature Offerings
The Art & Skill of Coaching as a Manager
A practical, experiential training that helps managers develop both the skills and ways of relating that support more effective, human-centered conversations with the people they lead.
Participants explore how the perspective they bring to a conversation shapes what becomes possible within it.
They learn and develop practical skills for listening deeply, asking meaningful questions, staying curious rather than rushing to solve, offering warm yet effective accountability, and creating greater collaboration and ownership.
The training invites managers to consider not only what they do in conversations, but how they show up – cultivating greater openness, curiosity, presence, and trust in the capacity of the people they lead.
The training can stand on its own or be paired with ongoing individual coaching to help managers integrate what they’re learning into the everyday realities of leadership.
Ongoing Coaching Access
People don’t leave their personal lives at the door when they come to work.
What we’re carrying can affect how we feel and function at work.
Supporting people doesn’t mean taking responsibility for what’s happening in their lives. It means recognizing that they’re whole human beings – and making meaningful support available when it could help.
Individual coaching is often reserved for executives and senior leaders. Ongoing Coaching Access makes confidential, one-on-one coaching available more broadly – giving people throughout an organization access to a supportive place to think, reflect, gain perspective, and find their way forward.
An organization reserves a set amount of coaching availability each month, which individuals can access when they would benefit from support – whether they’re navigating a workplace or personal challenge, preparing for a difficult conversation, feeling overwhelmed, moving through change or transition, or simply needing space to step back, reflect, and listen to themselves.
The organization pays a consistent monthly fee for the availability of this resource rather than for individual sessions used. Some months the available time may be fully used; other months it may not be. Either way, the coaching time remains reserved and available to your people.
Coaching is confidential, allowing each person a space where they can speak openly, explore what they’re experiencing, and discover their own way forward.

Additional Ways to Work Together
Leadership Coaching
Individual coaching for leaders and managers who want space to reflect on how they’re leading, strengthen relationships, navigate challenges, and grow in clarity, confidence, and well-being.
Coaching offers a confidential place to explore the human side of leadership – including communication, decision-making, difficult conversations, changing roles, competing demands, and the everyday realities of working with and leading people.
Professional Development Coaching
Individual coaching for employees who would benefit from focused support in an area of professional growth.
Coaching may be initiated by the employee or recommended by a manager or HR partner around areas such as communication, interpersonal effectiveness, confidence, managing priorities, navigating conflict, or adapting to change.
Regardless of how the coaching begins, the coaching relationship remains confidential. The organization continues to assess performance and progress through its own established expectations and measures.

Training & Workshops
Training and workshops can be designed around the particular needs, challenges, and opportunities within your organization.
Rather than beginning with a predetermined program, I explore what you’re noticing and create an experience that supports new learning, healthier conversations, stronger relationships, greater self-awareness, and new ways forward.
